We currently ship to virtually any address in the continental US.
Delivery Time
When you place an order,
you have the option of selecting the delivery method to use to receive your
merchandise. Currently you can select from: UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day
Select, UPS 2 Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. The estimates
shown below are based on the availability of your items and the shipping options
you choose.
UPS 2 Day Air and UPS Next
Day Air Shipping: Because not all of the items listed on our site are available
immediately, selecting one of these options does not necessarily mean your order
will arrive in one or two days. Please be aware that there is no weekend pickup
or delivery for UPS 2 Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. Also, when you select UPS
2 Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as
necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

Calculating Cost
Shipping costs for orders
from ChicagoSport.com depend upon the method and option you choose.
Typically you will be charged
for one regular shipment fee per order, as well as any extra per-item fees for
each item in that shipment that carries an extra weight or dimension fee.
Occassionally, if an order
cannot be immediately shipped in its entirerty, i.e. an item is backordered,
you will be contacted to choose either to wait for the entire shipment; ship
only what is in stock; or split your order into multiple shipments. If you choose
to ship items in multiple shipments, we will charge you the full per-shipment
fees for each shipment as well as any per-item fees that may apply.
Please also note that the
shipping rates for some items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such
item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping
companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Tracking Your Package
If you have a tracking or
delivery confirmation number, follow the link below for more information. If
you're not sure whether or not your order has been shipped or need to obtain
a tracking number, contact Service@ChicagoSport.com.
UPS
Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are
returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package
to us, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges).
We are unable to re-ship
orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to
purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order
on our Web site.
If you suspect your order
cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its
return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact
us at Service@ChicagoSport.com.
Why Was My Package Undeliverable?
Our carriers may deem a package
undeliverable for one of the following reasons:
Incorrect Address.
If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to
us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address
carefully when placing a new order.
To change an outdated or
incorrect address from your account, click here
to go to your Account Settings an edit your address. Click the Update button
at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
Address Format.
We currently use UPS as our exclusive carrier. UPS cannot deliver to any post
office box address. If a PO Box was entered in our system, you will be contacted
to provide an alternative address. To ensure that your packages will be delivered
without delay, please DO NOT enter a "PO BOX" address.
Other Address Problems.
If your order absolutely needs to be delivered to a non-UPS deliverable address,
i.e. to a PO Box, please contact Service@ChicagoSport.com
to determine whether there is a possible solution.
In rare cases, it is also
possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling
process.
Failed Delivery Attempts.
Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that
contain more than $400 of merchandise will always require a signature; otherwise,
it is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature
is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one
is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be
returned to us.
Refused by Recipient.
If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if
they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items,
you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way.
Our Returns Policy
You may return most items
sold by ChicagoSport.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund provided
the merchandise is in new unopened condition with original packaging,
tags and accessories. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if
the return is a result of our error.
We cannot accept
returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is not in
its original condition, is damaged, or is missing tags, the UPC or any parts/accessories.
- Any item that has obvious
signs of use.
- Any item that is unique
or custom ordered. (These items will say "This item cannot be returned"
on their product detail page.)
In addition, we will only
issue partial refunds in the form of a ChicagoSport Gift
Certificate for the return of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned
more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any packaged item that
has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap, container or box).
Returning a gift?
Gift recipients are allowed to return items they received as a gift even if
the order was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase. Just indicate the
item is a gift at the time of return, and we'll send a gift certificate for
the amount of the returned items to the address you enter on the Return Form.
Problem with an Order?
Do you want to review
or change your order before it has shipped? You can review the details
and status of any order you have placed via Your Account. For orders that have
already been shipped, you can confirm the date of shipment and the tracking
number, if applicable.
To make changes or cancel
an order that has not yet been shipped, you must contact us immediately either
via email at Service@ChicagoSport.com
or toll free at 800.437.3686.
Please note: Any changes
you make may affect the estimated delivery date for your order.
Click the link at the top
of this page to visit Your Account. We'll ask you to sign in with the e-mail
address and password associated with your account. If you forgot your password,
we can help you get a new one.
Did you receive a
damaged or defective item? If the item has a damaged or defective part,
please complete the Returns Form on your packing list. We'll ask you to indicate
the number of items you're returning, the reason for return, and whether you
would like a refund or a replacement item sent to you.
Did you receive the
wrong item or an item you didn't order? Please complete the Returns
Form on your packing list. You will see a section where you can indicate items
that you didn't order. We'll ask you to indicate the number of items you're
returning, as well as whether they arrived instead of or in addition to items
that you did order. We will also ask you whether you need a refund or a replacement
sent to you.
Are you missing an
item? Check the packing slip that was included with your shipment.
In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently with items already in stock
at different fulfillment centers, we may have split your order into multiple
shipments, which we would indicate on the packing slip. If this is the case,
rest assured that you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond
those you had originally authorized. If, after reviewing your packing slip,
you still feel as though you are missing an item, please contact Service@ChicagoSport.com
or call toll free at 800.437.3686 to correct the situation.
Do you need to exchange
an item? We are happy to assist if you need to make a different selection.
Please note that to exchange an item(s), you must pay all shipping
costs to return your original item(s) and all shipping costs to receive the
exchange item(s). To initiate an exchange, you must first contact us either
via email at Service@ChicagoSport.com
or call toll free at 800.437.3686 to assure the exchange item is in stock and
reserve the item for you. You will then be instructed how to complete the Returns
Form on your original Packing List.
We cannot accept
certain returning items to be exchanged, including:
- Any item that is not in
its original condition, is damaged, or is missing tags, the UPC or any parts/accessories.
- Any item that has obvious
signs of use.
- Any item that is unique
or custom ordered. (These items will say "This item cannot be returned"
on their product detail page.)
- Any packaged item that
has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap, container or box).

that you should have by now, visit the relevant order summary by logging into
the Your Account link at the top of this page. Here you will find your order
and status along with shipment tracking numbers when the carrier has made them
available.
